Fees 

I have a sliding scale of fees from £20 to £50 per session.  I will expect you to pay the full fee if you can afford it.  If not, we will agree an amount which is affordable and acceptable to us both. 
The fee is paid weekly by cheque or cash.

Appointments

If you make an appointment, the initial commitment is for one session.
We meet for an hour and look at why you are seeking counselling at this time in your life, what you would like to achieve and how we could work together. 

If we both agree to you starting counselling with me, we will normally meet weekly, for sessions lasting fifty minutes.   As the work progresses we may arrange less frequent meetings.

I offer appointments during the day, early morning before work, in the evening and at the weekend.  I can be flexible to fit around shift work and other changeable commitments.
